RETURN POLICY | ETERNA

Our returns policy lasts 30 days . If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange .


1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Be in its original packaging .
Present the receipt or proof of purchase .

📌 Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).
❌ Intimate or sanitary products.
❌ Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases.
❌ Gift cards.
❌ Downloadable software.
❌ Some health and personal care products.


3. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

📩 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected .

📌 If your request is approved , the refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

3.1. PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted, for example:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, video games or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete , and is not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery .


4. DELAYED OR UNRECEIVED REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Please verify your bank account again.

  2. Please contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay in the refund being credited.

  3. Please check with your bank as this may require additional processing time.

5. ITEMS ON SALE OR DISCOUNT

📌 Only regular priced items may be refunded . Unfortunately, sale and promotional items are not refundable .


6. CHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

📌 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello @eterna -shop .fr with the details of your request.


7. GIFTS

📦 If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

📦 If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.


8. RETURN SHIPMENTS

To return a product, please contact us at hello @eterna -shop .fr for detailed instructions.

📌 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount .

📌 Depending on your location, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

📌 If the item is worth more than €75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance . We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item without proof of postage.
